Our Industry Status

   At present our company mainly devotes to the photocatalyst material as well as the application technology and the products research, has grasped the world front photocatalyst material and the application technology, broke through many difficult problems on photocatalyst application technology, with reputation for Chinese photocatalyst enterprise's pilot.

   We've obtained the following significant breakthroughs in the recent years' research and development, achieved, surpassed the international level.

•  In volume production process, photochemical catalyst material (TiO2) particle size control in 5 ~ 10    nanometer scopes; besides the laboratory, at present on international in the volume production can achieve    under 10 nanometer are very few.

•  Without any adhesive, the adhesive power of our photo-catalyst product still reaches up to O-grade (the    top grade of viscosity).

   In order to strengthen the photocatalyst product adhesion, in other manufacture crafts must add the adhesive, but because photocatalyst material (TiO2) particle size is extremely small, joins adhesive will cover the photocatalyst nanometer pellet, causes the photocatalysis effect to reduce greatly, moreover adhesive itself also to have chemistry toxicity.

•  Enhances the photochemical catalysis light utilization ratio is one of photocatalysis application    engineering research significant bottlenecks, we have made the unprecedented progress in this aspect    research, to move the light response scope to wave length 600nm visible light area (according to    information, at present the product achieved 550nm is nearly unable to carry on mass production), this    meant under the extremely weak light condition, our company's photocatalyst product is also active.
